A flange structure for fixing pipelines of a suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump, consisting of a flange plate composed of two independent semi-circular flange components. The lower end surface of any semi-circular flange component extends downward from the diameter of the semicircle and is provided with a protrusion. Both ends of any protrusion are provided with through holes, and the axial direction of the through holes is parallel to the end surface of the flange plate. The two semi-circular flange components are connected by fastening bolts on the side of their protrusions. At least two flange connection holes parallel to the axial direction of the flange plate are provided in any semi-circular flange component. Two independent semi-circular flange components are fixed on the outer circumference of the pipeline by fastening bolts, and then connected to the bottom plate or other flanges in the pipeline with bolts through flange connection holes. During maintenance, there is no need to use oxygen welding on site to cut open the pipeline. Simply remove the fastening bolts and the pipeline can be removed.
